Horizonti, The Foundation for the Third Sector, is a Georgian not-for-profit, non-political, non-governmental organization dedicated to supporting the development of a civil society in Georgia, where the Third Sector will be a necessary and sustainable component effective at identifying and solving problems facing communities.
