From January 2004 until February 2004, in the frames of Community Development and Energy Program being a part of Georgian Energy Security Initiative, implemented in partnership with PA Consulting and Winrock International and with financial support of the USAID, Horizonti has conducted a two-day training sessions in the selected ten communities for this program. After the training, the communities of Likhauri (Guria), Nergeti (Imereti), Agara (Racha), Teklati (Samegrelo), Pshaveli (Kakheti), Tamariani (Kakheti), Ratevani (Kvemo Kartli), Kekhijvari (Shida Kartli), Breti (Shida Kartli), and Spasovka (Samtskhe-Javakheti) will create a five year strategic development plans for their communities
