The Horizonti Foundation Telavi Office is the branch-office of Horizonti, the Georgian Foundation for the Third Sector in Kakheti region. It is a non-governmental, not-for-profit, non-political organization with the aim to support the civic society development, community mobilization under one prior problem, supporting the development of the Third Sector and the inter-sectoral collaboration in Kakheti region.

The Office provides Kakheti regional NGOs with the on-going information about the Third Sector news in the country, by the weekly publications and periodicals, on-going grant-gaining programs, management literature, and the Third Sector video production, the office makes the sector work open and the NGO sector popular in Georgia. The Office holds consultings and trainings for local NGOs on organization management, offers them technical assistance, has free Computer and English language courses for them.

Holding different kind of meetings, the Horizonti Foundation Telavi Office supports the development of the inter-sectoral collaboration in the region. Also, coming from the needs of the local NGOs, provides them with special trainings.

The office receives the information about Kakheti Region NGOs and publishes monthly renewed NGO database "Kakheti Region NGOs Directory" in Georgian and in English, and a weekly newsletter "Kakheti Third Sector News".

The Horizonti Foundation Telavi Office is focused on the community mobilization in Kakheti Region. For this the office systematically holds retreat meetings in the towns and villages of the region. To the initiative groups the office gives consultings on organization founding and registration questions.

Horizonti Foundation Telavi Office exchanges the information and collaborates with the program and project representatives of international organizations working in Kakheti Region.
