The Horizonti Foundation Ozurgeti Office

Horizonti Foundation Ozurgeti Office was founded in April 2003 with a staff of 3 employees. The aim of the Ozurgeti office is to effectively support the implementation of general and specific objectives of the Horizonti Head Office.

These objectives are:

  • Managing and coordinating the programs and projects implemented with the support of the Horizonti Foundation throughout in  the Guria region;
  • Monitoring projects financed by the Horizonti Foundation;
  • Organizing workshops, trainings and discussions on various issues;
  • Maintaining close relationships with the Social Policy Working Group (SPWG) and coordinating   collaboration; 
  • Conducting informational meetings,  in cooperation with SPWG, dealing with on-going processes and events in Georgia ; Providing SPWGs with consultations and technical assistance;
  • Providing NGOs, initiative groups and interested individuals with consultations on organizational development issues;
  • Working with the communities selected with in the framework of the PA Security Initiative Project.
