Training of Trainers
18-21 November Partners-Georgia will continue to offer trainings within the framework of Civil Interests Protection Program. The upcoming session will be devoted to the training of trainers for the protection of Civil Interests Protection.
Trainers who want to enrich their professional competence by completing new training modules and who are intending to conduct training sessions on Civil Interests Protection in their own organizations are welcomed to participate in the training.
Please note that coalition members of Civil Partnership Grant are ineligible to participate in the training program.

Tender for Best Journalistic Piece
Prevention of Infant Abandonment & Deinstitutionalisation Project (PIAD) announces the tender for a best journalistic piece that concerns such issues as children’s abandonment, deinstitutionalisation and family planning.
PIAD key project partners and funding sources are UNICEF, EveryChild World Vision International in Georgia, UNFPA, Ministry of Labor, and the Health & Social Affairs & Ministry of Education.
Tender participants should complete an application form; CV; one or more than one journalistic piece (Publications, radio or TV reportage during the period from July 29th to November 10th concerning issues of children’s abandonment, deinstitutionalisation and family planning). The number of presented pieces will be taken into consideration as an advantage in the competition
The selection committee, including representatives of the PIAD partner organizations will choose the winner. Winners will be invited to a specially organized presentation November 20, 2003, which is the “Day of Children’s rights”. The money awards for the winners are as follows:
I place -- $ 400
II place -- $ 250
III place -- $ 150
TV broadcasting and radio broadcasting reportage and Published materials should be delivered to EveryChild office.
